What can and can't be reported?

Here is a list where you can report for and where you can't report for.

You cannot report for:


1. Minor insults.
2. A cop shooting a wanted or a wanted shooting a cop.
3. You can't report for a friend, he needs to report.
4. A civilian shooting a wanted or a wanted shooting a civilian ( there may be other things that have happened before. )
5. Wanted(s) shooting wanted(s) (It's impossible to proof a dm when there is a wanted, anything could have happend before)

Where you can report for:

1. Cheaters.
2. Massive rulebreakers.
3. Jail evaders (When he gets tazed/cuffed/detained and leaves, and
when he comes back, after 40 minuts it isn't jail evade anymore.)
